DID YOU JUST SAY "YES" TO JESUS?
Let us know who you are by clicking the link below, we’d love to follow up with you!
Here are 6 simple steps that if followed daily will lead you into a victorious life in Christ!
1. Pray-
Prayer is simply fellowship with God. He is not a figure who is far off, but he is a loving Father who desires an intimate relationship with you! All you have to do is find a quiet place with no distractions and begin to authentically talk to God. As you listen to him, he will speak to you. The impact of this time with Jesus will be greater than you could ever imagine!
2. Read the Bible-
We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God. Since His thoughts are not our thoughts and His ways are not our ways, then we must read God’s Word to learn both His thoughts and His ways! The Bible is true food. To walk in spiritual health and strength we must take in God’s word every day. Begin a reading plan to help guide you into what to read every day.
3. Be Baptized in Water
Water baptism is an act of obedience and an experience with God. We are water-baptized because Jesus himself was water-baptized. Water baptism is an opportunity to publicly declare to those around you that you choose to follow Jesus. It’s a symbol that demonstrates your old life is dead and buried with Christ, and as a new creation, you’ve been raised to live a brand new life in Him.
4. Commit to a Local Church
Connecting with a local church fellowship allows for life and fellowship to flow from member-to-member edifying and building up the believer. There is power and healing when we gather as believers to pursue the presence of Lord and serve one another. Choose a church and commit to that church with all your heart.
5. Be Baptized with the Holy Spirit
Jesus told the disciples to wait in Jerusalem where they would receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon them. That is the same power that raised Jesus from the dead, and that same power the bible says lives in us. The truth is we can’t live this Christian Life apart from the empowerment of the Holy Spirit flowing in our daily lives. All you have to do is simply ask to be filled and receive this gift from the Lord.
6. Share Jesus with others
Don’t sweat this part. When steps 1-5 are in place, sharing Jesus will be your natural outflow! We talk about what we are excited about. Christianity is a daily pursuit. Pursue Jesus daily and simply share with others what He has done and what he continues to do in your life!

THE SIMPLE GOSPEL
Our Need
Our greatest need is deliverance from our sin. “For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 3:23; 6:23). Sin is living the self-life and comes in the form of pride, selfishness and self-reliance. Sin is destroying us from the inside out. Sin is any thought, spoken word, or action that distorts God’s righteous order.
Hell
In our culture, we don’t take sin seriously, but the bible does. The consequences of sin are sickness, sadness, depression, broken lives, and broken families, and the ultimate consequence is an eternity in a real place called Hell, a place of eternal agony and suffering apart from God. (Matthew 13:50, 2 Thess 1:9)
Our Hope
But thanks be to God who gives us victory through our Lord Jesus Christ! (1 Cor 15:57) When Jesus died on the cross, he defeated sin and Satan, he took the keys from death and hell, and Jesus holds those keys (Rev 1:18). Only Jesus could pay our debt (2 Timothy 1:9; Titus 3:5). And that is what he did.
Heaven
“For this is how God loved the world: He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16). When we repent from our sin and self-life and come to faith in Jesus we are promised an eternity in heaven with Him!
It’s A Gift
“God saved you by His grace when you believed. And you can’t take credit for this; it is a gift from God. Salvation is not a reward for the good things we have done, so none of us can boast about it” (Ephesians 2:8-9). We are not saved by our works, we are saved by grace through faith.
It’s About Faith
“If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved” (Romans 10:9).
How Do We Receive Salvation?
We are saved by faith. First, we must hear the gospel, which is the good news of Jesus’ death and resurrection (Ephesians 1:13). Then, we must believe and fully trust the Lord Jesus Christ (Romans 1:16) and confess Him as Lord and Savior (Romans 10:9-10, 13). When you have done this with a sincere heart, you have received the gift of salvation!
